A WORD FROM THE ARCHITECT
With the Molière project, nature returns to the heart of the site , a nod to the tradition of Brussels inner gardens. It creates a calm, green living environment where architecture and nature complement one another, offering residents a pleasant and harmonious quality of life.

Through refined and contemporary architecture, the project breathes new life into a place that long remained closed off. Today, it opens once again to the neighbourhood, in harmony with its surroundings and in service of urban life.

THE MOLIÈRE PROJECT
Together with the architects Moatti-Rivière and B2Ai, BESIX RED aims to breathe new life into this vacant site. The project transforms the location into a high-quality residential environment with a landscaped green setting, complemented by retail spaces on the ground floor along the Chaussée de Waterloo.

In harmony with the urban fabric of Ixelles, it creates a peaceful, green oasis that opens to the neighbourhood and contributes to a pleasant urban dynamic.
THE PROJECT
Molière is a residential project that is integrated into the neighbourhood, combining housing, retail and shared spaces in a harmonious whole.
