A WORD FROM THE ARCHITECT
The Molière project reintroduces nature at the heart of the urban block, echoing the tradition of Brussels’ inner gardens. It offers a serene living environment where architecture and landscape engage in a close dialogue, restoring nature to its rightful place within a high-quality residential setting.

Through a refined and contemporary architectural expression, the project harmonizes with its urban surroundings. It transforms a site that long turned inward into an open, bright, and harmonious ensemble , fully integrated into the life of the neighbourhood.

THE MOLIÈRE PROJECT
Together with the architects Moatti-Rivière and B2Ai, BESIX RED aims to breathe new life into this vacant site. The project transforms the location into a high-quality residential environment with a landscaped green setting, complemented by retail spaces on the ground floor along the Chaussée de Waterloo.

In harmony with the urban fabric of Ixelles, it creates a peaceful, green oasis that opens to the neighbourhood and contributes to a pleasant urban dynamic.
THE PROJECT
Molière is a residential project that is integrated into the neighbourhood, combining housing, retail and shared spaces in a harmonious whole.
